A family estate rooted in the Vallée de la Marne, where biodynamic viticulture has shaped champagnes of rare authenticity since 1998.
- Terroir: Chalky and clay-limestone soils of Champagne, with 30- to 70-year-old vines that lend a deep mineral signature.
- Winemaking: Extended aging, minimal dosage and respect for natural rhythms produce cuvées of silky precision.
Tasting notes for Françoise Bedel & Fils Dis, Vin Secret
Appearance – A crystal-clear golden color with pale highlights and fine, persistent bubbles, hinting at a promising texture.
On the nose – Fresh notes of candied citrus zest and hawthorn blossom give way to richer aromas of toasted brioche and roasted hazelnut, all underscored by a saline, chalky touch characteristic of the Marne terroir.
On the palate – A lively, precise opening and taut acidity lead into a silky texture, where ripe fruit mingles with chalky minerality. The long, saline finish leaves an impression of serenity and balance.
Serve at 10–12 °C in a wide-bowled champagne flute to bring out its full complexity.
