Tasting notes for Château Rayas Rayas 2013
To the eye: Pale red robe with tawny hues, of a silky and luminous texture.
On the nose: Aromas of fresh red cherry, peppermint, sweet liquorice and kirsch, lifted by a saline and mineral touch.
On the palate: Fine and velvety texture, lively acidity and elegant tannins, carried by a chalky minerality and a spiced, long and precise finish.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C – Burgundy-style red wine glass to enhance its aromas.
