The Anjou 2020 blanc Magnum by Thibaud Boudignon, from the schist hillsides of Anjou, expresses Chenin Blanc with precision. Fermented with natural yeasts and aged in barrels, it reveals aromas of citrus and a chalky minerality. Lively and silky, it pairs well with fish and aged cheeses.
An estate rooted in Anjou-Saumur, where Chenin Blanc expresses itself with rare precision, shaped by a unique terroir and a philosophy respectful of living nature.
- Terroir : Schist and limestone soils of Anjou, where the vines draw a distinctive minerality and a natural tension.
- Vinification : Aging in oak barrels, indigenous yeasts and controlled malolactic fermentation to preserve the freshness and purity of the fruit.
