Tasting notes for Domaine Stéphane Tissot Crémant du Jura BBF Brut
Appearance – A pale golden color with green highlights, a silky texture and fine, persistent bubbles.
Nose – Hawthorn blossom and green apple aromas, followed by toasted hazelnut and warm brioche, lifted by subtle chalky salinity characteristic of Jura soils.
Palate – A lively, precise opening with taut acidity and chalky minerality, while dried fruit and toast notes carry through to a long, elegant, saline finish.
Serve at 10°C in a champagne flute to preserve the freshness and finesse of the bubbles.
