Tasting notes for Bénédicte et Stéphane Tissot Côtes du Jura Spirale 2018
Appearance – a dense, silky golden color with amber highlights.
On the nose – aromas of ripe quince and baked apple, wrapped in a touch of beeswax and a saline minerality reminiscent of Jura mists.
On the palate – a rich, velvety texture, lifted by lively acidity that balances the sweetness, while a long, chalky finish reveals notes of candied fruit.
Serve at 10–12°C in a medium-sized white wine glass to concentrate its aromas.

The 2018 vintage complements this cuvée’s sweet, raisined-grape profile, highlighting its balance and complexity.
