Ernest Burn

This estate consists of 25 acres of vines, 17 of which are located on the Goldert grand cru, 12 on the historic parcel of clos Saint-Imer (with slopes of up to 60%). Thanks to quality viticulture, the estate's wines have become legendary, exemplified by the muscat Goldert. The estate is also renowned for its gewurztraminers and pinot gris.

Derived from a selection of plots, Le Dauphin offers a blended cuvée that aims to be more accessible and approachable, but in a semi-dry style. For its part, the riesling Clos Saint-Imer plays in a tender and velvety register. A signature of the house, the muscat Clos Saint-Imer gives this grape variety a remarkable character that moves beyond its often overly varietal nature. Overall, the sweet wines appear to be very well managed.
