An artisan winegrower from Cornas, Thierry Allemand embodies the soul of the steep slopes of the northern Rhône, where each terrace tells the story of an exceptional terroir.
- Terroir : 5 hectares of terraced vines, on clay, limestone and granite soils, shaping Syrah wines of rare minerality and tension.
- Vinification : Natural and respectful methods – whole clusters, carbonic maceration, aging in foudres and barriques – for wines of crystalline purity.

- To the eye : Deep purple robe with violet reflections, of a silky texture and a promising density.
- On the nose : Aromas of fresh violet, wild blackberry and ripe dark fruits, lifted by a saline touch and a chalky minerality.
- On the palate : A lively and precise attack, carried by fine yet firm tannins, a taut acidity and a crystalline structure; the long and ethereal finish releases floral notes and a mineral persistence.
Serve between 16 and 18°C in a Burgundy-style red wine glass to release its full complexity.
