Champagne Sauvage, Meunier Brut Nature - Famille Delouvin
6 months in stainless steel tanks and 36 months on lees in bottles, lovely well-tended Meunier grapes, a delight for lovers of this type of Champagne, a grower's Champagne par excellence!
Notes of apple, peach, ripe apricots, almond aromas and pastry notes. A slight oxidative character that you either love or not, unctuousness on the palate, all balanced by a beautiful minerality and freshness!
Geoffroy Delouvin is part of the tenth generation of the estate, which spans 7.5 hectares in Vandières in the Marne, the kingdom of Meunier.
Château Galoupet Rosé
A lovely Provence rosé considered a gastronomic rosé, with great ageing potential.
It can be enjoyed as an aperitif but also throughout a meal thanks to its complexity. Indeed, it is an organic terroir rosé, made from a blend of 6 grape varieties (Grenache, Syrah, Tibouren, Rolle, Cinsault and Sémillon). The nose is rich and very expressive: yellow peaches and floral notes, mango and pineapple, as well as citrus fruits such as grapefruit come through on the nose. It has body, a silky structure and a long saline finish!
To be tasted and discovered on our website along with other rosé wines!

L'Aitonnement - Vesta
Discover the domaine de l'Aitonnement and its lovely cuvées (in red and white), in the heart of Savoie!
The Vesta 2021 cuvée, 100% Roussanne, is a little gem in the Chignin Bergeron appellation.
A burst of freshness, this wine is balanced by a beautiful acidity, aromas of white flowers, peach, citrus and apricot!
Currently at -20% in our Wine Fair! To be discovered on our website.
Domaine du Pélican - Chardonnay, Arbois 2020
A lovely chardonnay from the Jura, always enjoyable with a cheese board (or also fish). White fruits, hazelnuts, white flowers... Unique tension, finish on soft citrus! Everything we love! The Domaine du Pélican now belongs to the Marquis d'Angerville estate, which has brought its expertise to the Jura after Burgundy. A great success.
Discover the different cuvées from this estate on our website.
Domaine Alain Mathias, Côte de Grisey 2022
Another lovely up-and-coming Burgundian estate! Located in Chablis, the Alain Mathias estate is in full expansion! A fairly classic style but with precision and a well-executed reading of the different terroirs, at still accessible prices!
From a single plot of Chardonnay in Burgundy, this cuvée has a rich and complex nose. Floral and toasted notes with plenty of yellow fruits. Organic, unfined and unfiltered. Perfect with cheeses or poultry.

Domaine Combier - Crozes Hermitage Blanc 2021
A lovely Marsanne Roussanne blend by Laurent Combier! A great success!
Beautiful aromatic palette: acacia, pear, honeyed notes and dried fruits with a touch of vanilla from barrel ageing. The palate is all roundness, richness dominates but is well counterbalanced by freshness, a long and smooth finish with flavours of honey and flowers. Decant for 2 hours and enjoy with poultry or fish!
Domaine Zuria Initiale Bonifacio, Blanc 2023
A lovely domaine de Corsica to discover!
Near Bonifacio, the estate blends Vermentino, Biancu Gentile and Genovese for this cuvée. White flowers, ripe fruits such as peach and pear. Length, minerality and breadth: everything for a fine ageing potential, but already drinking very well today.
This refined wine would pair perfectly with a seafood risotto.
Domaine Paul Prieur et Fils - Pieuchaud Silex, Sancerre 2022
A lovely Sancerre.
This Loire wine, aged in barrels, has a very lovely woody framework that comes through with beautiful lightness. Very fruity, you can clearly sense peach, pear and citrus with floral notes, and the finish is pleasantly long for our greatest delight.

Jamet, Côte Rôtie 2013
Côte Rôtie by Jamet… A must to taste! The pope of the Côte Rôtie has masterfully worked his whole clusters while the 2013 vintage is considered a fresh one. This is also why it is already drinking very well today (after 6 hours in a decanter, it is a delight).
Very deep, blackcurrant all the way, a touch of well-integrated stem, power and complexity, a true delight!
Tasted with a duck crumble, it will pair perfectly with other powerful dishes.
Domaine de Montcalmès, Terrasses du Larzac 2021
Always a delight!
Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache, already very enjoyable today and can also be savoured beautifully after a few years in the cellar. Nutmeg, black fruits, spices, already some leather. Will open up even more in a few years, very good value for money for the Montcalmès estate, very much in vogue in the Languedoc! And perfect with real pasta carbonara!
Domaine Combier, Crozes Hermitage 2022
Combier again in the Crozes Hermitage appellation, but in red this time! A well-crafted syrah that reveals all its qualities: pepper, blackcurrant and black cherry, spices, violet… Intense and structured!
To accompany it, we cooked an orzo risotto with sun-dried tomatoes, mascarpone, parmesan and chorizo. The spicy side of the chorizo pairs perfectly with this beautiful spiced syrah.
Another great success for this estate, to be discovered on our website!

Sylvain Pataille - Bourgogne 2020
A little trip to Burgundy to enjoy œufs en meurette and escargots, followed by a boeuf bourguignon with a lovely Pinot Noir by Sylvain Pataille! Still a little young and concentrated, this winemaker's style is always enjoyable: small red fruits, cherry and raspberry, silky and mineral texture, very little sulphur and therefore a certain natural character.
To be tasted and found on our website.
Fonsalette 2011
A magnificent cuvée by Emmanuel Reynaud, who, as usual, magnifies his vines and grape varieties in the Southern Rhône Valley.
Fonsalette (vinified at Château Rayas) is a magnificent Côtes du Rhône cuvée. A blend of Grenache noir, Cinsault and Syrah that will never leave you indifferent.
Rich nose of ripe red fruits, floral notes of rose and wilted flowers, beautiful spices. Superb expression on the palate, silky and smooth, an endless and fresh finish. Truly excellent!
Domaine Neumeyer Schaefferstein
Back to Alsace for this tasting of a lovely Pinot Noir. The Neumeyer estate produces many organic and pure cuvées, in red and white. Freshness, drinkability and affordable prices for this fine Alsatian estate! We wished to describe one of their Alsatian Pinot Noirs.
The colour is deep with violet reflections and the nose is fresh and fruity, with clear notes of cherry and blueberry. On the palate, there is richness, lovely well-integrated tannins and always a beautiful fruity sensation.
Luyt Louis Antoine, Huasa de Pilen Alto - Chile
A lovely tasting of Chilean wine.
No carménère this time, a 100% Paìs grown at altitude! It is a natural wine aged in amphora with 11.5 degrees alcohol: we are not used to that in Chile, it is well worth a try!
It is a deep wine that reflects the characteristics of its altitude: dried rose petals, red fruits, a touch of smoke and cedar, a saline finish.
It is very good and very surprising!
