To the eye: A deep garnet red robe, of silky density, where the light dances with a chalky subtlety.
On the nose: First aromas of ripe blackcurrant and violet, followed by notes of cedar, blond tobacco and a mineral touch reminiscent of flint.
On the palate: A velvety texture, carried by a lively acidity and a saline minerality, stretching into a remarkably long finish where gentle spices and dark fruits intertwine.
Serving temperature: 16–18°C – best enjoyed in a Bordeaux glass to reveal its full complexity.
