- To the eye : A deep purple robe with garnet reflections, of a silky density and a brilliance that already announces its concentration.
- On the nose : First, fresh notes of blackcurrant and wild blackberry, followed by more enveloping scents of liquorice, blonde tobacco and violet, all enhanced by a saline touch and a hint of graphite.
- On the palate : A broad and velvety attack, carried by a lively acidity and a fine tannic framework, where candied dark fruits, soft spices and a chalky minerality mingle, leading to a long and persistent finish.
Serve at 16-18°C in a Bordeaux glass to fully release its aromas.
