To the eye – Garnet robe with terracotta reflections, of a silky density, slightly veiled by time.
On the nose – Aromas of candied blackcurrant, damp cedar, blonde tobacco and undergrowth, lifted by a saline touch and a hint of graphite.
On the palate – Velvety texture, softened yet still present tannins, a lively acidity that carries a long, mineral finish, where liquorice and gentle spices intertwine.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its nuances.
