A family estate rooted in the great terroirs of Vosne-Romanée, where exacting standards and finesse have shaped exceptional wines since 1933.

- Winemaking : A traditional approach, combining respect for the fruit with precision, producing cuvées that express the purity of Pinot Noir and the complexity of the terroir.
Tasting Notes for Domaine Georges Mugneret-Gibourg Echezeaux 2015 Magnum
To the eye – A deep garnet-red robe, with a silky texture and a density that heralds a generous substance.
On the nose – Aromas of fresh black cherry, violet and wild blackberry, followed by a hint of liquorice and a subtle chalky note, like a mineral breath rising from the hillsides.
On the palate – A velvety attack, carried by a lively acidity and elegant tension, where flavours of ripe red fruits, a hint of underbrush and a long, precise, saline finish intertwine.
Serve between 14 and 16°C, in a Burgundy glass to release its full aromatic complexity.

A sunny and well-balanced vintage, in which the ripeness of the grapes is allied to a preserved freshness, yielding structured and harmonious wines.
