The Clos la Néore 2009 from Edmond Vatan, sourced from the Monts Damnés, is a mineral and powerful Sancerre. This dry Sauvignon Blanc offers notes of grapefruit, bitter orange and flint, with a taut and saline palate. A wine for aging, ideal with grilled turbot or goat's cheese.

On the palate: An ample and velvety texture, carried by a ripe acidity and a saline tension that stretches into a long, chalky finish, where freshness and complexity intertwine.
Serve between 10 and 12°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to release the full aromatic range.
