The Sancerre Clos la Néore 2018 Magnum by Edmond Vatan, born on the chalky soils of the Monts Damnés, is a precise and mineral Sauvignon Blanc. Aged in neutral foudres, it reveals notes of chamomile tea, citrus and almond, with a chiselled acidity and a saline finish. To enjoy until 2031, ideal with seafood or goat's cheese.

A family estate rooted in Chavignol, where time seems suspended between the legendary slopes of the Monts Damnés and a demanding winemaking tradition.
- Terroir: One hectare of Kimmeridgian marls and Jurassic limestones, the cradle of a Sauvignon Blanc of rare intensity, shaped by the Sancerre appellation.
- Vinification: Aged in neutral foudres, without artifice, to preserve the purity of the fruit and the mineral tension of the terroir.

To the eye – A pale golden robe, of crystalline clarity, where light dances with a silky and vibrant texture.
On the nose – Aromas of candied lemon and chamomile blossom unfold into a touch of acacia honey, before giving way to a saline minerality and a hint of fresh almond.
On the palate – A lively and precise attack, carried by a taut acidity and a chalky structure, stretching into a long, saline finish where purity and elegance intertwine.
Serve at 10–12°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
