A family estate nestled in Chavignol, rooted in the prestigious Monts Damnés terroir, where rare artisanal expertise is carried on.
- Terroir: A steeply sloped one-hectare plot on Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils, producing wines of remarkable minerality and tension.
- Winemaking: Traditional methods—aging in old, neutral barrels, with no fining or filtration—to preserve the purity and complexity of the Sauvignon Blanc.

Appearance: A pale gold color with green highlights, crystal clarity and a silky texture, like a veil of light over the glass.
On the nose: Aromas of fresh Williams pear, crisp fennel and hawthorn blossom, followed by a saline touch and chalky minerality.
On the palate: A lively, precise opening supported by focused acidity and a rich texture, while minerality carries through a long, saline finish, leaving an impression of purity and elegance.
Serve at 10–12°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
