To the eye – a ruby robe with garnet reflections, of a silky and luminous density.
On the nose – aromas of black cherry, violet, and undergrowth, lifted by a hint of licorice and a subtle mineral salinity.
On the palate – a velvety texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, stretching into a long and precise finish.
Serve between 14 and 16°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.
