The Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru "La Perrière" 2022 from Domaine Fourrier is born on the limestone hillsides of Gevrey-Chambertin. This Pinot Noir, from old vines, combines red fruits and spices. On the palate, it balances silkiness and minerality. To enjoy by 2030 with a rib of beef or mushrooms.

Nestled in the heart of Gevrey-Chambertin, this family estate has embodied the pursuit of excellence and faithfulness to the Burgundian terroir since the 1930s.
- Terroir: plots of old vines in the Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru appellation, where clay-limestone soils sculpt wines of remarkable mineral precision.
- Vinification: a refined approach, prioritizing the transparency of Pinot Noir and the pure expression of the lieu-dit.

In the eye: a deep ruby robe with garnet highlights, of a silky and luminous texture.
On the nose: aromas of black cherry, violet and liquorice, lifted by a hint of flint and a subtle note of undergrowth.
On the palate: a lively and precise attack, carried by mineral tension, chalky tannins and a saline finish of great length.
Serve between 14 and 16°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full purity.
