To the eye: a deep ruby robe with garnet reflections, of a silky and luminous texture.
On the nose: aromas of wild blackberry, black cherry, and violet intertwine, lifted by a hint of licorice and a subtle chalky salinity.
On the palate: a lively and taut attack, a dense and velvety body, carried by a precise acidity and a limestone minerality that prolongs the finish into a long saline persistence.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to enhance its complexity.
