The Robert Groffier Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Amoureuses 2010, from the clay-limestone soils of Burgundy, is a barrel-aged Pinot Noir. It offers notes of red fruits, flowers and spices, a silky and mineral palate. Perfect until 2028, it pairs with roasted meats and cheeses.

Tasting notes for Domaine Robert Groffier Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Amoureuses 2010
To the eye: A deep ruby robe with garnet reflections, of a silky and luminous texture.
On the nose: Aromas of black cherry, violet and faded rose intertwine, followed by a hint of liquorice and a subtle chalky minerality.
On the palate: A velvety attack, carried by a lively acidity and a saline tension, which stretches into a long and precise finish, marked by notes of undergrowth and gentle spices.
Serve between 14 and 16°C in a Burgundy glass to bring out its full complexity.
