From the Les Amoureuses climat, this Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru 1997 from Domaine Robert Groffier is a Pinot Noir with notes of cherry, rose and spice. Its silky, mineral palate pairs ideally with duck breast or a cheese board.
A family estate rooted in the Côte de Nuits, where exacting standards and tradition shape wines of rare elegance.
- Terroir: Limestone and marl soils of Chambolle-Musigny, the cradle of Pinot Noir of legendary finesse.
- Vinification: Careful ageing in oak barrels, producing cuvées in which the purity of the fruit engages in dialogue with the minerality of the terroir.

On the nose: Aromas of black cherry, faded violet, damp undergrowth and a hint of liquorice, lifted by a subtle chalky note.
On the palate: A velvety attack, lively acidity and melted tannins, carried by a saline minerality that extends a remarkably precise finish.
