To the eye: a deep purple robe of silky density, where light reflects with an almost mineral intensity.
On the nose: aromas of black cherry and ripe plum intertwine with notes of violet and liquorice, carried by a saline touch and a spiced freshness.
On the palate: a velvety texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, stretching into a long, saline finish where nuances of red fruits and soft spices reveal themselves.
Serve between 14 and 16°C in a Burgundy glass to fully appreciate its complexity.

A vintage marked by balanced maturity, where the freshness and concentration of the fruit blend with a precise tannic structure.
