Poulsard Les Chalasses Vieilles Vignes 2023 from Jean-François Ganevat is a Jura red made from old Poulsard vines on gray marl. Cherry and wild strawberry aromas, a fresh palate and silky tannins. Serve at 12–14°C; ideal with charcuterie or roast poultry.
A family estate rooted in the Jura since 1650, where the fourteenth generation carries on a legacy of lively, authentic wines.
- Terroir: The vines take root in the gray marl soils of Les Chalasses, in the heart of the Côtes du Jura, shaping wines with distinctive minerality.
- Winemaking: A natural approach – spontaneous fermentation and aging in large oak casks, without additives – yields cuvées of remarkable purity and tension.
