Pinot Noir Les Chonchons 2024, a Jura cuvée from Domaine Ganevat, comes from Liassic marl soils. Made without added sulfur and aged in large oak casks, it offers cherry, blood orange, and rose aromas with a mineral touch. Fresh and silky, it pairs with cheese or meat and can age for 3 to 5 years.
A family estate rooted in the Jura, where winemaking heritage is passed down with rare dedication. Here, every cuvée bears the imprint of a unique terroir and a philosophy that respects living things.
- Terroir : The vines are rooted in the Liassic and Triassic marls of Côtes du Jura, soils that give the wines distinctive minerality and characteristic vibrancy.
- Winemaking : A minimalist approach—native yeasts, gentle maceration, and aging in large oak casks—for wines of remarkable purity and energy.
