This 2018 vintage, made from the Gamay grape variety, comes from a carefully selected parcel in Gevingey. True to a minimalist approach, vinification is based on semi-carbonic maceration in vats, with no added sulfites or filtration, to preserve all the purity of the fruit and expression of the terroir. The result is a wine of dazzling freshness and remarkable intensity.
