To the eye: A golden robe with pale highlights, of silky clarity and a mineral brilliance that announces its tension.
On the nose: Aromas of tart apple, Williams pear and hawthorn blossom, followed by a saline touch and a chalky reduction evoking the eroded soils of Rablay.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, carried by elegant acidity and an almost velvety texture, leading to a saline and persistent finish, marked by a chalky minerality.
Serve between 10 and 12°C, in a white Burgundy-style wine glass to bring out its aromas and length.
