Les Onglés 2022, a Chenin cuvée from Anjou, reveals schist soils and barrel fermentation. Golden robe, nose of white fruits and clove, a rich and mineral palate, with a long finish accented by almonds. Ideal with fish or salads; decant to bring out its aromas.

A family domaine rooted in Anjou, where Chenin flourishes under the banner of natural and demanding viticulture.
- Terroir: 3.5 hectares of biodynamic vines on the slopes of Martigné-Briand, where schist and limestone soils sculpt wines of vibrant minerality.
- Winemaking: Spontaneous fermentations in barrels, ageing on fine lees and respect for natural rhythms for cuvées of rare precision.

In the glass – A pale yellow robe with sparkling highlights, of silky clarity, like a ray of sunlight captured in the glass.
On the nose – First aromas of Williams pear and acacia blossom, followed by a touch of clove and a saline edge, before opening onto deeper notes of summer honey and fresh almond.
On the palate – A texture that is at once rich and taut, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, which stretches into a long, saline finish where flavours of candied citrus and gunflint intertwine.
Serve at 13°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
