A family estate founded in 2018 near Jonquières, where Laurent Vaillé’s legacy inspires a pursuit of excellence on exceptional terroirs.
- Terroir : Clay-limestone soils of the Languedoc, between the garrigue and the Mediterranean, shape wines with pronounced minerality and characteristic tension.
- Winemaking : Patient barrel aging and respect for the grape varieties and individual plots produce precise, generous cuvées built to age.
Tasting notes for Domaine Maxime Renaudin 2022
Appearance – Deep red with violet highlights, dense and silky, suggesting richness and impressive concentration.
Nose – First come aromas of wild blackberry and blueberry, followed by dried thyme, black pepper and a floral touch of violet, all lifted by subtle mineral salinity.
Palate – A velvety, full-bodied texture, supported by lively acidity and fine tannins, brings together sweet spices and preserved dark fruit before a long, persistent, chalky finish.
Serve between 16 and 17°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
2022 vintage
A sun-drenched vintage in which the Languedoc’s moderated warmth allowed the grapes to reach optimal ripeness, combining concentration and freshness.
- Aging potential : Keep until 2042 under ideal conditions (a stable temperature, controlled humidity and protection from light).
