Nose: Orange blossom and violet aromas unfold, followed by notes of fresh raspberry and kirsch-soaked cherry, lifted by a saline, spicy touch.
Palate: An inviting, elegant opening, carried by lively acidity and chalky minerality, leads to a long, taut finish.
Serve at 10–12°C in a white wine glass to bring out its full purity.
