The
Rooted in the Terrasses du Larzac, the family estate Mas Jullien has embodied a commitment to its terroir and the passing down of artisanal expertise since 1985.
- Terroir: Schist, limestone and sandstone soils in the Coteaux du Languedoc, where altitude and cool nights shape wines with distinctive minerality.
- Winemaking: Biodynamic methods, natural fermentation and aging on fine lees preserve the purity of the fruit and the terroir’s tension.
Tasting notes for Mas Jullien Rosé 2020
Appearance: A luminous, silky rosé with salmon highlights, promising a palate that is both precise and generous.
Nose: Fresh red fruit aromas—wild strawberry and raspberry—lifted by notes of candied citrus and a saline touch characteristic of Languedoc schist.
Palate: A lively, taut opening, driven by chalky acidity and saline minerality, leads to an elegantly long, lingering finish.
Serve at 8–10°C in a medium-sized white wine glass.
