To the eye – A deep garnet robe with ruby reflections, of a velvety density and crystalline brilliance, heralding a texture that is both rich and precise.
On the nose – An airy bouquet where wild blackberry, tart black cherry, a touch of fresh violet and a subtle graphite note mingle, all lifted by a discreet salinity evoking the terroir's gravels.
On the palate – A silky attack, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky tannic framework, where aromas of candied blackcurrant, liquorice and cedar unfold, leading to a long and mineral finish of remarkable tension.
Serve between 16 and 18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full aromatic complexity.
