Nestled in the heart of Les Riceys, this family estate embodies the alliance of an exceptional terroir and a biodynamic viticulture, guided by respect for the living.
- Terroir: South-facing hillside vineyards on Kimmeridgian chalk, marl and clay soils – a mineral setting that shapes the identity of the wines.
- Winemaking: Precise maceration, aging in barrels and a philosophy where time and patience reveal the purity of the Pinot Noir.

To the eye: A rosé robe with copper highlights, of a silky and luminous texture, like a peony petal bathed in sunlight.
On the nose: Fresh wild strawberry, blood orange zest, dried aromatic herbs and a saline touch evoking the undergrowth after rain.
On the palate: A velvety palate, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, with a long, flavorful finish where red fruits and soft spices intertwine.
Serve between 10 and 12°C, in a white wine glass to enhance its precision.
