The Blanc de Noirs Sève en Barmont Brut Nature 2019 from Domaine Olivier Horiot expresses the calcareous soils of En Barmont. This Brut Nature 100% Pinot Noir, without dosage, captivates with its vibrant freshness and notes of dark fruits. Its silky, saline palate pairs beautifully with shellfish and soft-rind cheeses.
A family estate rooted in the hillsides of the Aube, where Pinot Noir reigns supreme on chalky soils.
- Terroir: Les Riceys, *En Barmont* plot, calcareous and clay-chalk soils, continental climate tempered by oceanic influence.
- Winemaking: Traditional method, aged in barrels, without dosage, for taut and mineral champagnes.

On the nose: Aromas of white currant, elderflower, and tart apple, followed by a hint of toasted bread and a subtle mineral salinity.
On the palate: Silky and precise texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, with a long, saline finish of taut elegance.
