To the eye – A garnet-red robe with tawny highlights, dense and slightly viscous, revealing a fully accomplished maturity.
On the nose – First notes of black cherry and fresh blueberry, followed by aromas of candied prune, roasted coffee, and a hint of vanilla, all lifted by a subtle chalky salinity.
On the palate – A velvety, almost silky texture, where a lively acidity, stony minerality, and a long finish come together, carried by gentle spices and a hint of cocoa.
