In the glass: a garnet red robe with tawny highlights, of a silky and deep texture, bearing its age with grace.
On the nose: aromas of wild blackberry, candied black cherry, cedar and light tobacco, lifted by a saline touch and a subtle chalky note.
On the palate: a velvety attack, a lively and precise acidity carrying a chalky minerality, a long and harmonious finish where gentle spices and candied fruits intertwine.
Serve at 16°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
