To the eye: Deep garnet robe with tawny highlights, of a silky texture, slightly veiled by time.
On the nose: Aromas of ripe blackcurrant, cedar, blonde tobacco and undergrowth, lifted by a saline touch and a hint of graphite.
On the palate: A velvety attack, well-integrated yet still present tannins, balanced by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, leading to a long and persistent finish.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to fully release its nuances.
