- To the eye : A garnet red robe with tile-like reflections, dense and luminous, betraying a harmonious maturity and a silky texture.
- On the nose : A generous bouquet where notes of ripe blackcurrant, grilled cedar, light tobacco and a hint of bitter cocoa intermingle, lifted by a subtle chalky salinity.
- On the palate : A velvety attack, carried by melted tannins and a lively acidity, giving way to a long and mineral finish, where nuances of licorice and soft spices unfold.
Serve between 16 and 18°C, in a Bordeaux glass to release its full aromatic complexity.
