The Les Cocus 2024 (Chenin Blanc) from Faye d'Anjou is aged in barrels on clay and schist soils. This white wine reveals rhubarb and iodine, a saline texture, and a noble bitterness. Perfect with seafood or vegetables, to be kept for 3 to 5 years.
A family domaine rooted in the hillsides of Anjou, where the vine has been in dialogue with the schist for generations.
- Terroir : Hillsides of Faye d'Anjou, clay and blue schist soils, south-west facing plots – a mineral setting for Chenin Blanc.
- Winemaking : Natural method, indigenous yeasts, aging in barrels – a pure and unadulterated expression of the terroir.
