The Rully appellation, nestled in the Côte Chalonnaise in Burgundy, spans approximately 350 hectares, including 97 hectares of Premier Cru, ensuring exceptional wines. Recognized as AOC since 1939, Rully produces white wines (Chardonnay, 65% of production) with aromas of citrus and flowers, red wines (Pinot Noir) with fruity notes and silky tannins, and Crémant de Bourgogne. With 23 Premier Cru climats, such as Les Cloux, La Fosse, or Rabourcé, the wines gain in complexity. The clay-limestone soils and temperate climate shape the elegance of this appellation.
