Located in Chevannes, a small village nestled in the heart of the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, Domaine David Duband has established itself in a single generation as one of the major references of the Côte de Nuits. Across approximately 17 hectares farmed organically, David Duband vinifies around twenty appellations stretching from Nuits-Saint-Georges to Gevrey-Chambertin, including six grand crus among the most prestigious in Burgundy: Chambertin, Latricières-Chambertin, Charmes-Chambertin, Clos de la Roche, Clos de Vougeot and Echézeaux. Since 2008, whole-cluster vinification has produced lively, refined and elegant Pinot Noirs, now present on the finest Michelin-starred tables.

The estate produces nearly 23 appellations in Côte de Nuits, including 6 Grands Crus: Chambertin, Charmes Chambertin, Latricières Chambertin, Clos de Vougeot, Clos de la Roche, Echezeaux. The 2014 vintages are particularly distinguished, notably the Charmes Chambertin, which comes from Mazoyères, where this 90-year-old vine produces millerandage grapes. Powerful, full-bodied, with notes of cherry, pepper, licorice, rated 18.5/20 by RVF. The Latricières Chambertin 2014 always has more ethereal aromas than the other grands crus from the estate but with a muscular finish, excellently rated 19/20 by RVF. These exceptional wines have a cellar aging potential of over 15 years, and the most successful vintages from the estate are 2015, 2012, 2010, 2009, 2005, 2002. Regarding Premiers Crus, the estate produces three Nuits St Georges 1er cru, Les Thorey, Les Pruliers and Les Procès which stand out in 2014. The estate also produces 4 village wines: Gevrey Chambertin, Chambolle Musigny, Nuits St Georges and Vosne Romanée, wines with great potential and well crafted.
