In the glass – Deep red with garnet highlights and a silky richness.
On the nose – First wild blackberry and violet, followed by gentle spices (gray pepper and juniper) and a saline touch.
On the palate – Velvety yet taut, with lively acidity and chalky tannins; the long, mineral finish reveals hints of licorice and cedar.
