The harmonious blend combines 40% Pinot Noir for structure, 30% Chardonnay for finesse and 30% Pinot Meunier for roundness, including 40% reserve wines from a solera begun in 2010. Aged for 4 years on lees, it gains in complexity and depth.

To the eye, its pale gold color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of green apple, preserved lemon and white fruit intertwine with brioche and mineral notes.
