This family-run estate, certified organic, cultivates 10.5 hectares of Premier Cru and Grand Cru terroirs, combining tradition and respect for the environment to produce champagnes of rare authenticity.

This Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature champagne, with no dosage (0 g/l), expresses unique purity and intensity. Made from 100% Pinot Meunier grapes, it comes from the "Le Jour" plot in Vrigny, planted in 1971 on clay-limestone soils. Vinified in oak barrels without added sulfites and aged for 24 months on lees, it reveals remarkable depth.

To the eye, its pale gold color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of yellow fruits such as mirabelle plum and ripe apple intertwine with spicy and floral notes. On the palate, it offers a lively texture, mineral freshness and a slightly saline finish, reminiscent of chalk and citrus.
