To the eye: Garnet red robe with bricky highlights, of a silky density and crystalline brilliance.
On the nose: Aromas of wild blackberry and crunchy blackcurrant, lifted by notes of aged cedar, blonde tobacco and a saline graphite touch.
On the palate: Velvety texture, lively acidity and melted tannins, carried by a chalky minerality and a long finish marked by soft spices.
Serve at 16-18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
