To the eye – A deep ruby robe of silky density, where light reflects with a discreet yet persistent intensity.
On the nose – Aromas of ripe blackcurrant intertwine with notes of cedar and blonde tobacco, lifted by a mineral, almost saline touch, reminiscent of estuary breezes.
On the palate – A velvety texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, while the tannins, still firm, draw a long and harmonious finish.
Serve at 16°C in a Bordeaux glass to reveal its full complexity.
