The Morey-Saint-Denis Très Girard 2022, a cuvée from Domaine Cécile Tremblay, expresses a village terroir in the Côte de Nuits. Pinot Noir from 40–45-year-old vines, with aromas of red fruits and cocoa, aged in barrels. On the palate: silky and mineral. Perfect with roasted meats or game, to be cellared 5–8 years.
Heir to a rare Burgundian expertise, Cécile Tremblay carries on a family tradition deeply rooted in the hillsides of Morey-Saint-Denis.

Tasting notes for Cécile Tremblay Morey-Saint-Denis Très Girard 2022
To the eye – A deep ruby robe with garnet reflections, of a silky and luminous texture.
On the nose – A fresh and precise bouquet, where morello cherry, wild raspberry and a touch of damp undergrowth intermingle, followed by deeper notes of roasted cocoa and a subtle chalky salinity.
On the palate – A lively, precise attack, carried by an elegant acidity and a chalky minerality, leading into a long, sapid finish where silky tannins and a spiced touch unfold.
Serve at 16°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.
