- To the eye : A deep ruby robe with garnet highlights, of a silky and luminous texture, heralding a wine that is at once dense and ethereal.
- On the nose : An enchanting bouquet where black cherry, fresh raspberry, delicate violet notes, then hints of liquorice and a subtle chalky minerality intertwine.
- On the palate : A velvety attack, carried by a lively acidity and a saline tension, revealing an elegant structure, fine tannins and a long finish, where aromas of ripe fruits and gentle spices linger.
Serve between 14 and 16°C, in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.
2019 Vintage
A vintage defined by balance, where the summer heat ripened the grapes without diminishing their freshness, yielding wines that are both full-bodied and precise.
- Aging potential : To be cellared for 10 to 15 years in a cool, humid cellar, away from light.
