A family estate rooted in Morey-Saint-Denis since 1872, Domaine Ponsot cultivates a winemaking heritage where tradition and precision meet.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Nuits, at 340 metres above sea level, where the Pinot Noir grapes draw their minerality and elegance.
- Vinification: Full destemming and aging in old barrels for a pure expression of the fruit, without artifice.
