The Château des Tours Côtes du Rhône 2020, from the hillsides of Sarrians, expresses the terroir of the Côtes du Rhône. Château des Tours
A family estate rooted in Sarrians, at the heart of the Côtes du Rhône, where the Reynaud heritage has been passed down since 1935.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils and rounded pebbles from the Rhône terraces, shaping wines of mineral elegance and rare depth.
- Winemaking: Traditional methods, aging in tanks to preserve the purity of the fruit and the natural tension of the grape varieties.
Tasting notes for Château des Tours Côtes du Rhône 2020
In the glass: Deep garnet robe with ruby highlights, of a silky texture and crystalline brilliance.
On the nose: Aromas of black cherry and wild blackberry intertwine with notes of fresh thyme, white pepper and a saline hint reminiscent of Mediterranean breezes.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, silky tannins enveloping a chalky minerality, with a long and lightly spiced finish supported by elegant tension.
Serve between 16 and 18°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to bring out its nuances.
