Tasting notes for the wine Château des Tours Côtes du Rhône 2021
To the eye: Deep garnet robe with ruby highlights, of a silky texture and crystalline brilliance.
On the nose: Aromas of fresh black cherry, wild blackberry and thyme, lifted by a touch of white pepper and a subtle chalky salinity.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, silky tannins and elegant structure, carried by a taut acidity and a mineral, long and persistent finish.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
