The Château des Tours Côtes du Rhône 2021, sourced from the organic vines of the Rhône, rests on sandy soils. A blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault, it reveals notes of cherry and pepper, aged in large oak barrels. Fresh and mineral, it pairs with lamb and can be aged for 10 years.
A family estate rooted in Sarrians, in the southern Rhône, where organic farming and respect for the terroir shape wines of rare authenticity.
- Terroir: Red sand and pebble soils, the birthplace of old vines of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault, under the Côtes du Rhône appellation.
- Vinification: Natural methods, spontaneous fermentation and aging in neutral large oak barrels to reveal the purity of the fruit and the minerality of the terroir.
Tasting notes for Château des Tours Côtes du Rhône 2021
To the eye: Deep ruby robe with garnet highlights, of a silky texture and a chalky density.
On the nose: Aromas of tangy red cherry, wild garrigue, crushed black pepper and a saline touch evoking Mediterranean breezes.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, elegant tannins with mineral accents, a long and taut finish where freshness and aromatic persistence intertwine.
Serve between 15 and 16°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to fully enhance its complexity.
